• provide, personalize, and improve the mentorship Services, including the four-stage project pipeline (Topic Approval, Development, Code Walkthroughs, and Final Defense);

• maintain internal records for quality assurance and mentor coordination;
• comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data or your project materials to any third party.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver the Services, we rely on the following third-party platforms, each of which processes certain personal data on our behalf or as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy:

• WhatsApp: used to facilitate direct communication between you and your assigned mentor. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., and your use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
• Calendly: used to schedule and manage mentorship session bookings. Calendly processes scheduling-related data subject to its own privacy policy.

Some of our third-party service providers, including WhatsApp and Calendly, may process or store personal data on servers located outside Nigeria.
